it crashes enscape for sketchup to desktop without any further info 
would be nice if the problematic part could be identified and the file fixed 
i need to work on materials and want to produce a nice set of images…

You can gladly send the file to . Simply also add that you’re from the forums, or something like “for Demian” for easy reference. As mentioned in the other thread, please also submit a feedback report. Thank you in advance!
Generally, do you experience any problems what so ever when using our latest release, not our preview?

for your info, i have sent a wetransfer link to support with the file… i have found that rebooting helps keep the thing stable for some time but randomly these crashes happen… if i can provide any further info, let me know..
ah by the way, of course im using the latest preview … i have extra gotten myself a 2080 ti for :)… - with the normal releases i have not had any crash problems so far..
Thanks a ton @bs . If you haven’t already (please share your e-mail with me via PM if you have already) please also submit a feedback report to us as described here. This will give us log files and machine information which would be vital to find the out the cause behind this problem, as I experience no problems at all with the project using our latest preview yet.

well the problems are not totally gone
i have again random crashes with the file.. mostly when editing enscape light objects and when moving the camera… also when switching layers on/off with lights on them… i will send a again a feedback with some logs - would be nice to know if the logs show the problem at all? dont know what gets sended since the crashes are hard to desktop and i then open the last saved state and send the feedback from there?! ?(

@bs , either your machine information, or log files could give us clues regarding why Enscape is crashing. Sending us feedback will also generally transfer every available log files which have been created so far - thank you in advance. Please don’t forget adding your forum name in the submission form too.
