Hi everyone!
I’d like to share a series of exterior visualisations produced for the planning application of a residential development comprising three buildings. The images were created to support the presentation of the proposal to the local authority, illustrating the overall architecture, materials, landscaping and relationship between the buildings and their surroundings.
My role on the project was limited exclusively to the architectural visualisation, with no involvement in the architectural design.
Subject to planning approval, the next stage should involve creating interior visualisations of the individual apartments for marketing and sales purposes.
Software used: Allplan, Cinema 4D and Corona Renderer. Post-production was completed in Photoshop, with Magnific AI used for upscale
