This is rich. First the software stops working, then we are told to contact support, then we get this. I HAVE WAITED A WEEK FOR A RESPONSE. I FAILED TO TURN IN WORK FOR A CLIENT, MAKING ME LOOK UNPROFESSIONAL because of your incompetence.. And now, “support@chaos.com” is not in use!!!
Anyone else that has suffered from this, please respond to put together a class action suit, because there is no way I will absorb the pain without passing it on to the ones who created the situtation.
