Thanks!. The Birdseye were just to show the scope of the project. I’m still working it and hopefully it is getting better. I am getting way late replies from the owner. Things like, “let’s try yellow stripped awnings” and “maybe the windows will look better dark”. We have already gotten through that phase and they basically signed off on it. I’m still a little grumpy about them dropping the site plan on me last minute along with a deadline that came out of nowhere. I would like to know how big shops handle these things. Basically, I just bite my tongue and go with the punches, but I could be missing out on change orders. The project has gotten so big that it is painful to do anything. Anyway, more updates to come.
