8) nice and clean.
If i was the client,
i often would prefer theese perfect clean white rooms.
they look nice and show first the room in it, which in my opinion is the most important thing of architecture, of course.

Yeah, architects love it, but their clients (the people paying for the building) often get scared by those types of images because it looks cold and technical

very true…
but it also depends on the clients…although most get scared or it simply doesn’t fit their purpose..
paul.

Would you mind sharing your setup?

natty : i begin all my project with all in grey very light to “touch” the quality of lightning. You work therefore as me
that’s cool
jacksc02 : the 5hr rendertime including the iradiance mapping on a p4 2,8 g with 512 ram. I post the setting later ![]()
Eaton : RPC people for testing the lighting with a human scale ![]()
percydaman : for me , it’s the natural light (sun) (pehaps i don’t undertand your answer because my english is so bad
)
Good evening !
Vince

excellent lighting vince. This is the kind of solution i’d kill for right now!
I’m a noob (got the beta 2 days ago) on a mission to learn how to use Vray before the 20% offer expires so if you can share any settings (screenshots preferable) you will become my rendering rolemodel and hero ![]()
also: I prefer the white model to the coloured animation! (I am a graduate architect)
sorry, wasn’t trying to poke fun, but your spelling was lightning, as in the electrical discharges from the sky.
if I understand well:
lightning = electric disposal in a storm
lighting = lighting
Sorry for the mistake and my english (thanks Krul and percydaman)
Wasn’t that a night shot, took right at the moment when a lightning hit the ground? ![]()
To get this kind of lighting at night, this is probably ground zero of a NUCLEAR explosion…
sorry…just playing great job.
