Hi everyone,
I’d like to share a visualization project we developed for the residential high-rise development The Molecules in Berlin, located directly on the River Spree near the Molecule Men sculpture.
The project is based on a competition-winning design by Pysall Architekten and consists of three slender tower volumes connected by a shared podium structure as part of the riverside development between Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg and Alt-Treptow.
For this project we produced a series of exterior and interior architectural renderings together with a hybrid animation film combining CGI and real footage of the surrounding urban context. The goal was not only to present the architecture itself but also to capture the atmosphere of waterfront living and the panoramic views across Berlin.
During the visualization process special attention was given to:
• facade rhythm and material definition
• daylight mood and reflections along the Spree
• skyline visibility from upper residential levels
• integration of the towers into the surrounding riverside environment
• cinematic composition for animation sequences
The visualization package supported both early-stage project communication and later investor presentations and real estate marketing.
Due to project confidentiality during earlier development phases, the images could not be published for several years.
