If you by chance encounter an error message that reads “This product cannot be activated. It has expired.” than please do the following:
1. If you have not already, please register at http://www.asgvis.com for a user account. You will need to confirm this registration via email so be sure that your email address is correct.
2. Login to http://www.asgvis.com and click on “My Files” under the User Menu section on the left side of the screen.
3. Click on the V-Ray for Rhino category.
4. Find the file named “V-Ray for Rhino v1.00” or “V-Ray for Rhino v1.00 EDU”. This a new installer for the product.
5. Download the installer. Once it is finished downloading, uninstall any previous version of V-Ray for Rhino that you installed previously.
6. Install V-Ray for Rhino again with this new installer.
7. Register V-Ray for Rhino using the same serial number you received when you purchased the product.

We have an easily modified problem. After a boot problem with a non removable disk we had XP to install again. Now the message comes: “This product cannot be activated. It is wrong.”
It was not possible to remove the running version for us before.
Two times we sent already support ticket however Emily Birx have us never answered also our German distributor “3dpowerstore” did not announce ourselves. We need to have their assistance urgently because we bought 30 licenses. And not always non removable disks are reliable.
