What’s the best way to make tile grout non reflective with a glossy tile? I’ve tried using a B&W image in the texture slot for reflection glossiness, but then lose control over the amount of reflection

You can try setting a black and white texture in the Reflection Color slot instead (the tile grout needs to be black) and leave the Reflection Glossiness to a value that works for you.
