Coming along very nicely. I really like the concrete texture.
Water in the gutter is looking a little like mercury though.

try playing around with the ior and reflection…and maybe caustic…
Given the amount of waterstains i think that your fire hydrant is old, but it looks brand new. Maybe add some scratches and rust or peeling paint.

I’m a little confused by the specular on the hydrant, it seems the daylight is coming toward the camera, but the base of the hydrant seems to have two shadows (or maybe that’s just a dirty part of the sidewalk texture) and a specular highlight going the opposite direction as the sun.
Also, of the cities I’ve lived in, I’ve never seen such a perfect looking hydrant. I really like the image over all though, great textures.
throw some grass along the edges of the concrete. maybe even crack the concrete some with grass poking out.
Update
Here is an update

Looks allot better. Just a few things that stand out are with your specular/reflections and faceted edges.
The pavement is a little too flat as well as the drainage bars (even rusted old metal has an underlying specular. The hydrant would look better with a little grime in those crevices and less specular on the bottom than the top. The metal on the hydrant looks too white also.
I do really like the concrete and grass and water now
The lighting is great but the shadows appear to get blurry too close to the objects.

Good update, definitly better, maybe you can make the bolts less shiny and more rusty, same goes for all the other metal color parts.
