tinted glass

I have a building that is basically surrounded by glass and i was wondering what the best settings are to make tinted glass. The thing is i have lots of things inside the building but i don’t want them to be too visible from the exterior as it will clash with the form of the building. I would like to see inside the building only slightly from outside. I have searched but it was hard to pinpoint an answer in the many topics on glass.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I would start with the ‘green glass’ provided with vray materials, and change the fog colour from green to your coice and the refraction glossiness from 1 if you want it more obscure.
