I really like the top one, there is a little repeatition in the stair material. Other than that its great, I love the glass on the right.
The bottom is too dark, and really cannot see anything.

the second image es great, but i to miss a little candle of wax on the table.

I like both images. Especially the nice ambient on the second one. Maybe it misses a very soft lamp on each table on the letf (next to the windows). Technically, I would reduce the multipliers of the suspended luminaires while incresing the secondary bounces, and also set color mapping to exponential.
Again, nice work, keep up posting.
