Does anyone know how I can leave a tread pattern on the ground if Im moving a tyre along a path ?

I have thought about madcar but I would rather not leave it to simulation and have more control.

I have search on scriptspot but couldnt find anything.

I have installed the free version of ghost trails but cannot seem to get that to work at all. Does anyone have any experience with this ?
