I just upgraded my membership to premium and when I try to download an asset i keep having an issue. I attached a screen shot of what window opens. If anyone can help me out would be greatly appreciated.

sorry for the late reply.
Please check that this folder exists and has the usual access settings in Windows applied and that no installed security software, firewall etc. might be blocking access to this folder path.
Should you be in a corporate environment, please also check with your local IT department that the usual access rights are applied to that folder.
In case this does not solve the situation for you, please test changing the folder to a different location on your local user drive by clicking the gear shaped button in the lower left of the material library windows and following the prompts there.
