Trouble Migrating Dongle to Online Server

I have purchased the NEXT! upgrade to 3.6 for Rhino 6. I’m being told that I need to transfer my dongle to my OLS account so that Chaos Group can process the order.

Unfortunately, it appears my account has both an online AND a dongle setup. (see attached)

I have no option to TRANSFER like I’m seeing in the other instructions.

Inorder to fully transfer from the dongle to the OLS system what do I need to do so that Chaos can finalize my purchase with the vendor I purchased from?
