Troubles while rendering a video.
WE are in the process of rendering a hotel room. When we just render it to an image it comes out of the render perfectly.
When we want to switch to a video to show to the client it is ok in the preview. When we go to export. Then we get dark areas in our video (see pictures below).
We already tried adjusting the settings, adjusting the light intensity. But nothing seems to help.
Is there a solution for this as we would like to send these images / videos to our customer without errors.
How can we solve this?
