hi I am trying to render bathroom scene with black marble texture but having problem in render its showing no texture on floor behind glass

hi using corona render 4 and using built in material library in corona render for glass material
Reading between the lines, that’s Max then Which version of Max though? What is the marble material, is more what I was interested in. And what happens if you hide the glass objects, does it render as expected?
i am using max 2019 with corona render version 4 and if i render without glass then its coming ok only behind the glass only floor material showing no texture

Most likely it’s a geometry or material issue.
