Nice model ! May be a great image if you correct some things

Sun too frontal (lack of contrast between the facades) I’d say, turn it 30° ccw from above
Sun not strong enough (try vRay Sun & Sky if it is not already the case),
Roof tiling too visible (parking too)
Sky too homogenous (dunno if it’s an english word )

Nice Rendering! The sky of the second image is much better. My only crit would be to bring the saturation/contrast levels down on the background trees to help frame the building better.

I agree with all the post thus far. The tiling would be my only comments. Go over to http://www.vray-materials.de/ and you’ll find both roofs and pavement shaders.

Found sometime to address the tiling issue on the roof and parking. Also looked at the contrast levels for the background trees.
