I already emailed support but posting here as well.
EMERGENCY: I have a presentation at 11am MST that I am now NOT able to use Enscape because my license isn’t working!
I’ve never had such licensing issues with a professional software as I have with Enscape! This is ridiculous. PLEASE FIX ASAP!
See attached screenshots. My license doesn’t expire until July 29th, 2023.
Reinstalling the license doesn’t work either. Main issue appears to be not being able to connect to the license server. MAKE LICENSING OFFLINE SO PEOPLE DON’T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS AGIAN!!!
Yet again I had to purchase an emergency license temporarily, once y’all figure out what’s going on with your licensing program over there I would like a full refund. This is the second time I’ve had to do this. Just make your licensing system work offline or have it check in once a month, this is ridiculous! ?♂️
@suguru , we’re really sorry about this and are of course working under pressure to resolve this as quickly as we can - When it comes to refunding the additional subscription you had to acquire, please get in touch with our licensing team directly using our Help Center and they’ll gladly assist you further after you detail the situation.
At the moment I couldn’t find any requests that came in using the Help Center, so in case you’ve already submitted anything via different e-mail let me know.
Yes, this is the same response I had last time I had this issue. I’ll deal with licensing for the temp license once the issue is resolved with my main license. I submitted my request via Why is this email still available if Enscape doesn’t respond to it!?
I’ve already forwarded this internally so it gets adjusted, our apologies for the confusion when it comes to the deprecated e-mail. In the future please make use of the Help Center or feedback button instead.
I also just submitted a ticket #141002 through the help desk.
This is a very confusing system for your users to have a published support email and not monitor it. Your website has not been updated to reflect this nor have I seen a bulletin/email/announcement stating awareness of this issue and guidance for your users.
We’ll adjust this accordingly of course in the dialogues so that this won’t confuse others in the future. Visiting our homepage you’ll also get to the following pages when clicking the “Contact us” button or the “Help Center” button at the bottom.
I’ll make sure to update my signature as well to mention the Help Center, we also have a dedicated FAQ article here. So again, our apologies for still having this e-mail in the dialogue, which is already a known problem and will be fixed with the upcoming next Mac release.
I have the same problems, do you already have a solution? I tried to contact support but they didn’t help me, they just sent me a link with no solution.
