Unable to access Enscape Asset Library

Hello!

I am currently unable to access the enscape asset library.

We have been using floating licenses, previously we were able to access the enscape library whilst not using the license which would allow us to browse the library and place assets. Has this been recently changed so that you need to have the floating license activated?

@OToussaint , welcome to our Forum.

I’m afraid, to now view the Asset/Material Library you’ll require a free seat. This means you may want to either upgrade to a floating license indeed or simply make sure to revoke the fixed-seat license before activating it on another machine.
