Unable to cancel auto renewal

I wish to cancel auto renewal but I can’t find an option to do so on my account pages nor can I find any clear instructions or directions in your support pages or this forum.

Hello, I can’t remove the automatic renewal of my monthly subscription to Enscape. When I click on “disable automatic renewal” a white window opens and nothing happens. I’ve attached an image.

Can you help me?

It would be good if the policy would allow for at least a 24-hour cancellation period, in the case of accidental renewals. The autorenew email often goes to a spam sorted email folder so many people may not actually get the email warning until its charged.
