I´ve been wanting right away to start learning and trying Envision to be able to apply it to my workflow but I can´t export any .vrscene from any of the SketchUp models that I tried to export scenes from.
I tried three different models with different sizes and then an empty model but none of them could export the scene, it was freezed on the exporting label forever. I´m using the 4.2.1 version.
Does anyone know what can be causing this issue?

Hi @Giulia_Sgarbi , right away there is no dedicated area for Envision in the Enscape forum itself but you can refer to the (main) Chaos forum and section here as well. Since you experience issues at hand please either post them in the linked section or ideally reach out to the support team directly as detailed here (via the Help Center) and you’ll be assisted further.
I have had a similar problem. My solution was to export multiple, smaller Vray scenes. E.G. export the landscape / building a / building b or if you’re interior, maybe shell / furn / etc. This worked well and if you import them all into Envision they import with a common coordinate system.
