Unable to install enscape on Mac mini (m4)

I have a Mac Mini with an M4 chip and have tried installing the latest version of Enscape several times without success. Each time, I receive the message: “Oops! Something went wrong.”

I’m accessing Enscape remotely through my work network and using a VPN connection to reach the license server. However, the installation doesn’t work even when I try to use the 14-day trial version.
