Dear Enscape Support Team,
I’ve been using Enscape since May 2025 without any issues, but yesterday my Enscape account suddenly logged out. When I tried to sign in again, I was able to log in successfully to my Chaos account; however, I couldn’t sign in to Enscape within SketchUp.
I also tried using the admin login credentials, but nothing happened. The issue persists even after multiple attempts.
I’ve attached screenshots for your reference to help you understand the problem.
Kindly look into this issue and let me know how I can resolve it.
