Unable to Update last two versions

I was able to navigate to this location so I have access to this file. I have talked with our IT and they do not know why it will not install on my system. I have attempted to install this many times and I always receive the same error.

@AEwoldt , in this case, it should help if you install Enscape for all users on that machine in case that hasn’t been tried yet:
