Unable to walk when opening enscape 4.3.0 within revit

Hello, please bear with me as I’m not an enscape or revit user.

Simply a humble helpdesk tech.

I have a user who’s unable to walk within a render that she’s getting from Revit. We’re using the typical move keys; M, S, A, and D.

This issue migrated from 1 version to another which tells me there’s likely a setting missing somewhere. Any ideas on where to look?

The user is on revit 24 and 23. She also has let me know she can double click and area to fly to that spot. But is unable to use the keyboard commands to fly around.

Following up here, we are able to move around if i click and hold the wheel of the mouse. The normal wasd however doesnt work despite the application info telling us that it is the way to move.
