Is the unreal side of things becoming less of a supported feature? I’m pretty sure UE5.4 wasnt properly supported and now UE5.6 still isnt supported.
Did I miss anything about anima and unreal?

Please note Unreal Engine 5.6 is supported since June 2025, soon after it was released. We included it in Anima 6.1.1, released on June 25, 2025.
The stability problems we had with the plugin for UE 5.4.x were caused by core changes made by Epic that caused incompatibilities which we could not workaround from the plugin side alone. Those instabilities were fixed in the next UE release (5.5.x series) by Epic.
Our plans are to continue supporting Unreal Engine for the foreseeable future.
Hmmm, I see where I went wrong. looking for release notes still takes me to AXYZ website as main result but the most up to date releases are chaos website now and googling UE 5.6 kept directing to ANIMA 5.6 not the supported version of unreal. misread Anima 5.6.1 as Anima 6.1 << the version i have installed. need that 6.1.1!

Actually, notice the latest version is 6.2.1. Also, since Anima 6 was released, you can check the latest release notes in the Chaos Documentation website:
