I downloaded the new update for enscape today but after installing it wasn’t able to open (i launch via sketchup)
It suggested I check for updates on my Nvidia graphics card so I updated it but it hasnt made a difference, it keeps crashing when trying to launch. I have have reverted to the older Enscape edition but now the same issue persists. I hope someone might be able to assist

Pardon the delayed reply - Whenever you experience any crashes with Enscape it’s ideal to simply submit a feedback report to our technical support team (just in case you haven’t yet) as detailed here: https://learn.enscape3d.com/blog/knowledgebase/using-the-feedback-button/
@wrigex , in your case you simply have to click the first button in the prompt you receive at hand.

@nora_hoffman_lekmine I was able to launch Enscape in the old version by opening a simplier sketchup file and launching enscape via that, then going to my super heavy model, which then worked ok. I think the issue i was having was related to the sheer scale of my model which had a lot of complex polygons etc so it was just struggling to load. I haven’t tried redownloading the update just yet.
