Hi, we are trying to update the software from 3.5 to 4.2 but when the instalation finishes, it shows active on SketchUp but we can not use it, we can’t see the Enscape toolbar or the Enscape section under Extensions. We’ve restarted the PC, and tried updating SketchUp as well but it’s not working
Hi @hailim , right away, please make sure to acquire our latest installer of Enscape 4.2 directly from our download page here. And just in case you haven’t already it is advised to uninstall any current and previous version of Enscape from your machine especially when it comes to a previous release like 3.5 or below.
