Upgrading to 2.0 (downloading and updating dongle)

So can anyone point out the right way to upgrade my install from 1.5 to 2.0? If I login to Chaosgroup and go to downloads, I only see ‘demo’ build for vray 2.0. Is that what I should download and install? Is vray 2.0 official now or still in beta? I purchase the triple bundle so I know 2.0 comes as part of it.

Any tips on how to download and install 2.0 would be appreciated.

I spent the entire day trying to (and failing) figure out some missing buckets using DR slaves with 1.5. Tried everything. Some slaves render fine while others do not. So I figure its a good time to install the vray 2.0 and see if things magically work!

If you only see the demo builds, then you are probably using a different login; if you can’t remember your login for the full builds, please email us to vray@chaosgroup.com and we’ll send you the info.

About the missing buckets, do they come from a particular machine? Have you tried restarting the V-Ray spawner on the render servers (or using the “Restart slaves on render end” option)?
