# Uploaded 360 panorama keeps loading on mobile

I’ve created a 360 panorama and uploaded it to view it on a webpage.

When viewing it on my desktop in Chrome browser the link directs me to the panorama webpage just fine.

Scanning the QR -code directs me to the same webpage on my phone (Chrome browser Android app, latest version 79.0.3945.79) but the page keeps loading.

Been using this method for more than a year now but this is the first time this happens. What could be the problem?

This actually might be caused one of the newer Chrome updates - we’re having a look into it, I’ll let you know more once we have some news/solutions to share regarding this subject!

Sure has to be Chrome. Today i’ve had the same problem in my chrome desktop browser (version 79.0.3945.79)

I think yesterday my android chrome browser was already updated to the latest version, but my desktop browser wasn’t updated until today.

Thanks for the update. We’re looking to resolve this from our side, but maybe Google has to release another update soon instead. In any case, thanks for your patience!

A few minutes ago we deployed a new version to all panoramas (including old ones with the [panorama.enscape3d.com](http://panorama.enscape3d.com) link) . We tested them on Firefox Chrome and Safari current versions. In case you run into some problems shoot us a message at ?.
