URGENT deadline - long export times

I have a scene, about 950mb, with a single camera animation of 850 frames. 4 forest pack objects, trees and cars, which aren’t too heavy, pretty light on geometry otherwise and textures are minimal. Trying to export to the cloud is taking over 6 hours, maybe longer.

I have uploaded and rendered scenes larger than this before with no issues. What can I try?​
