Hello,
This morning we had to change the device names on two of our computers with fixed enscape licenses.
Once the device names were changed over the enscape licenses now say that they are invalid and we cannot use enscape at all.
I have tried to remove the license key from each computer and reinstate them but still no luck.
Any help would be appreciated as we need enscape for daily work use.

To prevent this from occurring again whenever you switch to a different machine or adjust your device name in the future you will just need to remove the fixed seat license of yours as detailed here (Remove a License Key):

After doing so you can of course re-activate the license again thereafter as detailed in the beginning of the knowledgebase article I’ve linked.
