I have not been successful in rendering curves from USD files in Maya, I get “Vray doesn’t support Nurbs Curves” however when I do it in Solaris it works? Wondering if I missing something or it just not working in Vray for Maya
using USD 0.16 Maya 2023 nightly from last night.

Solaris is using the Vray Hydra version. Thats why its working there.
The USD procedural should have USD curve support - so that is why I’m asking. I want to know if its gonna be added or isn’t working just yet.
Yes, it’s not yet supported. I’ve logged an improvement request (internal bug-tracker id: VMAYA-11196). I cannot provide a time frame for its implementation, though.
