V 1.5 and Max 8 on Win Server 2003??

Has anyone had success running V 1.5 and Max 8 on a Win Server 2003 system? I have 3 Vray licenses and am trying to maximize the number of render nodes I can utilize.

Running Vray 1.5RC2 with max 7 on Server 2003 x64 Standard Edition - won’t miss it. W2k3 feels more solid than XP.
