I’m not sure if I changed anything on my end, but since the last update, when I click on “Save current channel” on the VFB, it always points to the VRayZmqServer/appsdk/bin folder by default.
Did anything changed regarding this?
If I keep working on the file, VRay saves the path, but if I close the file and reopen it or open other files, same thing happens.
I’m usinv V-Ray 7.40.01 from Sep 15, Blender 5.2.1 LTS

Yes, it seems that path is never saved in the vfb settings and always defaults to the V-Ray installation directory. Logged an issue for it. Don’t see a workaround for it at the moment.
Do you think this is something to be on a next nightly build?
Probably not, doubt it can be available for next week, maybe the week after that.
On that note, in tomorrow’s stable nightly the material slot reordering buttons and camera composition guides should be available, as well as the fix for the local view toggle of the infinite plane in interactive.
