V-Ray RT 3.50.03 Error during V-Ray RT initialization in stage 2

V-Ray V-Ray for 3ds Max Issues

Hi,

We have just updated our workstations to the latest V-Ray update (3.50.03). Everything is working fine with V-Ray Adv 3.50.03.
But V-Ray RT is not working at all. In production or ActiveShade. All of our workstations get the same message 'Error during V-Ray RT initialization in stage 2!"
We test with a very simple scene (Plane, teapot, DomeLight) not working. A fresh install of V-Ray did not fix it.
I’ve attached a screenshot of the error.

PC Spec: Windows 7 64Bits - MAX 2014

Is there any docs somewhere which describe the steps of each stage ?

Unfortunately this error message is not very informative, so it would be best to create support ticket about it.
Just in case please attach this scene here or to the support email, even if it’s a very simple one. Thank you.

Here is the file. But the problem appear in every files, even with the files working with the previous VRay release.

It has to be something else, because the scene renders fine here. Ok then, it might be best to continue troubleshooting this issue via remote session. Please send an email to support@chaosgroup.com with a link to this thread.

We find the problem.
We update iToo Railcone and Forest Pack Pro to the lastest version and now it’s working
