V-Vray_frame_buffer_pixel_information_does_not_work

the pixel information dialog does not show the information.
What could be the problem.

I guess it’s because you are checking the colors of a prepass (Lightcache), you need to have some final buckets rendered to have proper color information.

You need to right-click on some pixel to display information for it.
