User can render multiple SketchUp models, but one gets stuck on the Enscape Loading screen. I reinstalled v2.3x and it works. v2.4x doesn’t.

Hey @tony_isenhoff , it would be helpful to receive some feedback from the users machine. You can submit feedback via the dedicated Feedback button in your Enscape toolbar/context menu. Please add your forum name or some other reference so that we can easily connect the report to this thread.

@tony_isenhoff , that is okay, we should still receive the corresponding log files generated by Enscape 2.4.
FYI - the latest build v2.4.0.417 was able to open the file! Good news!
(note - I was having the issue with v2.4.0.385)
