Hello Everyone,

Our office has installed the latest Enscape version 4.8, as we are interested in incorporating Veras AI rendering into our design process.

We did test it on it’s free, limited trial web app. and eventually decided to use it permanently with Enscape.

After Starting the new Enscape and Veras, it’s still shows it on trial, and need to purchase a licence for it from chaos?

We were under the impression the merger between Chaos and Enscape would allow the existing Enscape users to use Veras unlimitedly and freely, but seems that not the case.

Can someone explain please? did I miss or misunderstand anything?

Hi @HKM87 , to clarify, at this point only Enscape Premium and Collection has Veras included.

Just so you’re aware in case you would like to upgrade, you can do so via your MyChaos account → navigate to the Products menu → “Active Products” then click on the “Upgrade” button against the product you are interested in and a new page with your upgrade options will appear.

Hi, I have enscape premium but do not have access to veras? says my trial has expired and i require to purchase it?
