When using Two Point perspective in SketchUp, the effect is very similar to what vantage achieves by activating vertical tilt correction. When I use the Vantage live link from the v-ray menu however, this doesn’t activate the vertical tilt correction in Vantage and the camera in SketchUp is changed and cannot be panned.

Hello, while the Automatic vertical tilt correction is not checked in Vantage, the perspective does change and matches what is seen in SketchUp. To pan in SketchUp use the LMB to adjust your composition. In Vantage click on the advanced button next to the Auto vertical tilt and notice that the Shift parameter changes when you pan in SketchUp.
