very urgent backburner error message

Hi,

I set up a scene completely and now I wanted to submit some render jobs to backburner. But I always get an error:
the XRef object ‘null’ can not be found in file…

When I render without backburner it works! But I need to submit some scenes to render this night.

Any idea what could cause this? I’m just using backburner for batch rendering, I’m not in a network. All paths are correct in the xref properties. I xreffed a tree a few thousand times, could it be too much for backburner somehow?

few things i can suggest. As null can be a dummy that is being mis read by xref, the thing I would try first is to xref the scene into a clean scene and try rendering that. If that fails, then perhaps the best solution is to merge all xrefs into a scene as well known that xref is bugs ontop of bugs.
