I’ve been getting a lot of these error messages in Premiere lately. Is there any alternative software for exporting rendered frames to MP4 video than Adobe Premiere. As I recall, there was quite a few back in 90’s to export frames to video.
At the moment I have finished a project and about to send the last version to client, however Premiere chose differently.
Try Adobe Media Encoder
Try the Chaos Player. If you’ve got the Chaos subscription, it is free.
The program could not be any simpler.

I downloaded and installed the trial. It started once, crashed immediately and don’t start anymore.
I need to figure out something else.
How about this Pinnacle studio. It also has 360 camera support.
Davinci Resolve should work just fine.

I noticed one frame had slightly smaller file size than others. I inspected that and saw in preview that there was a tiny part missing in the rendered frame. So the frame was obviously corrupted when saved. I rerendered that frame and it seems to be working in daVinci resolve. Now I’m running it in premiere again to see if it works there. So sorry my mistake. I had inspected the directory with large icons many times, but missed that one out of 3 625 frames.
It works now in Premiere too.
Many thanks, I will definitely play more with the the daVinci resolve. It looks very interesting as soon as I learn away from Premiere. Only thing I miss, is 360 video support.
