Video editor frustrations keyframes

Ive been working with video editing for a long time and never have i tried such a frustrating and poor way of controling the keyframes in the timeline of the video funktion. I simply dont know how to add a keyframe in between my start and end keyframe. Everytime i do so the keyframe is added on top of either the start keyframe or the end. I dont know im SOOO ANNOYED ARGGHHHH

The add a scene is hiding as an invisible button. You navigate in scene where you want the shot to be, click the bar in between the shots you want and boom, scene.

Or you can click on the video path In the scene in between two keyframes to place a keyframe right in the middle of both

You learn something new everyday. I had no idea it worked like that. That’s helpful because you can place a camera on the path which will immediately change your view to the new one that’s been created and then you can update the scene from the keyframe box.
