I was thinking of a helpful little design tweak to the Video Editor UI.
I often get pulled from my computer screen while rendering and was thinking of a way to solve forgetting where I was at when I come back. Normally I have all my paths and visual presets thought out and saved before hand. When it comes to rendering time, I’ll just load in that path and click the preset. Sometimes when I come back to my screen, I’ll forget which path is loaded in. The path isn’t listed anywhere on the screen so I either have to click into one of the keyframes (and hopefully remember which path that is, harder on bigger jobs) or just reload the video path that I want (and hopefully remember which video clip I’m on.)
Not a huge issue of course. All in all, it only saves a few clicks. Just thought it might be more user friendly to have that saved file name referenced somewhere on the screen to know what was loaded up in the canon. Heck, even a saved visual preset drop down box would be nice too. Enscape has it for views, would be nice to see it there on the path editor too.
