Viewport IPR is not working

V-Ray V-Ray for Houdini Issues

Hi, I’ve tried using the viewport IPR as it suggests in the help documents, but it’s not working at all.

I’ve uploaded a view screenshot that shows the problem.

I’ve tried this with 2 versions

- V-Ray for Houdini, V-Ray core 6.00.21
- Houdini 19.5.435

AND

- V-Ray for Houdini. V-Ray Core 6.00.21 ​
- Houdini 19.5.534

Any help would be appreciated.

We could take a look into this, but we plan to deprecate this anyway, use VFB IPR.

Hi Andrei, thanks for getting back to me, the reason I’d like to use this is that I can dock it in the Houdini UI such as a small window on the bottom right of the screen, I usually use the VFB, but in certain circumstances, it would be nice to have a render window in the Houdini UI.
