is it known that vray lights dont react if you hide them via the “Show” menue in the viewport…?
What Maya and V-Ray versions are you using?
By “react” do you mean that when you hide them, they don’t hide?

That actually seems to be somewhat expected. The V-Ray lights in Maya are “locators”, you can use the Locators option in the “show” menu to hide them.
strange… i need locators… and i like to hide lights..?
Unfortunately, we can’t do much at the moment. You can try this in the outliner - show > objects > lights - this will filter all lights. You can then group them and use the group to hide/unhide all lights (they are at least treated as lights in the outliner).
Would that work?
