i’m guessing the hard shadow lines are from the folds in the curtain material.
it would probably look better if you used area shadows or ignored the curtains from producing shadows.

sunlight through the curtains would probably diffuse the light so you wouldn’t get the hard edged shadows from the furniture either…

apart from that it’s a really nice image.

As i mention before…here is the update..thanks guys..
Im using very low setings to achive less than 1:30 hour rendering since there are few to render.

yup…these colums have to be at least 10 years now…i used it before with DOS 3D Studio Max 4 when i first started…

no…its not saluto…everytime i see someting nice on the forum…i try to do my best to get the same quality as he or she did…so i name the file acordingly to the person im trying to achieve. as you can see there is nothing so extra ordinary about my settings. saluto combines 3rd party plugins that is available in max 5 i think…
