yes this is addictive. I have tried using a much bigger size with this sponza model. i have rendered a 1500pxx3000px watch it in fullscreen. i am still not happy. becuaes of some rendenning that i did not realize. i will still plan to comeback with this one.
sorry i cant embed it here. i will just give you the link.
hey nomer
how do you achieve so much detail in the panorama.
i have made a few myself, just for practice, but eventhough i do not move them, they kind of loose detail… the 360° render looks fine, but in the panorama the image does not have so much detail. i have rendered with outputs of 8000, and still i find the images a little blurry
i think its a seam. i dont know also why? i am still new with this vr and cant understand fully what’s happening. i reloaded the map to 360cities. i will try to use pano2vr later and see what will happen.
hi arqestevz, you mean 8000px? that is huge. details? i crank up my image sampler adaptive 1-8 bit high. i did not use any reflection just rely on bumps. but even with than rendering has taken long time until i even had a blugspat due to lack of memory in my system, in the end i have to rerender some of those areas which were blackened and addedt those area in photoshop. as you know bro I am also new on this trying to unearth some possibilities and i will make and share my findings here, the way you guys shared them freely to everyone.
well my friend, thanks for your reply. I guess that we’re all learning here hehe. I will keep practicing and i’ll share everything i find, hoping that it can be usefull for everybody. Thank you for sharing, and see you around!
