Vlado/Tedi: Authorisation code urgently needed please

Hi,
I’m currently freelancing in-house for a company that has approximately 7 licences of V-Ray, and last Friday the motherboard failed on our server where the liceences were held. As soon as we realised what had happened we contacted Chaos in an attempt to get V-Ray up and running again, but several days on we are still without any authorisation code(s). We have had read receipts, so our email requests are being read but to no avail. Our reseller (Blue GFX) is also on the case and are apparently being told that we should go over to dongles for the licencing, which Blue GFX have in stock, but we are still on 1.47.03, so I’m not sure how that would work. Could anyone at Chaos please assist with this matter and get things moving.

How come blueGfx has the dongles, yet I haven’t received mine?

I really need to get one before I head off travelling at the end of december. Is this something I can make a special request for?

You can probably try to get bluegfx to call us and then get you a dongle.

I didn’t buy vray from them, I got it direct from chaosgroup. I did however buy my max license from them so they may be able to help me out.

I’ll give them a shout and ask them to contact you.
