The Volume effect in the sky object doesnt work correctly in RC3 with macOS
It just create a colored hard plane
Can you share your settings? Is the altitude still at zero? 
Aerial volume does not work with new clouds. You can have one or another, but not both. It’s the same in Corona for Max.
